Reflection: Sometimes Weird Stuff Happens

I’m almost done with the reflecting over 2012 posts! I promise. But, as I was reflecting I noticed something odd. In the year 2012 I wrote the same number of posts for both A Well Crafted Party and Leave the Laundry for Later. It certainly wasn’t intentional… but, it is strange, right?

Some people might find it silly that I have two different blogs. Others may wonder why I spend time not posting here and posting at my other blog. I decided to start my other blog because I didn’t always want to write about parties and party DIYs. I still love parties and want to write about them. But, I’ve got enough things going on in my life that I can’t ALWAYS write about them. However, it does feel odd to me that I am splitting my time. It is MY blog, right? And, “A Well Crafted Party” could easily be about the party that is life too, right? I don’t know…

I don’t know what 2013 holds for me yet. I haven’t finished working out my goals and plans. I don’t know what will happen with this blog and my other websites. But, I promise you… it is going to be bigger and better than 2012. Just let me catch up from the holidays… mmm’kay?
